The East Building is a 70,000 square foot, 7-story education building within NYU’s Steinhardt School of Culture, Education, and Human Development. The building contains faculty offices, meeting areas, and a series of unique functional spaces. PCE was responsible for designing a complete gut renovation of the existing building, including a replacement of all mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and fire protection infrastructure to meet current codes and standards.
