Refinery Rooftop is a bar, restaurant, and event space in Midtown Manhattan. The space sits atop the Refinery Hotel and includes indoor seating, an outdoor terrace, and a retractable glass roof. PCE was responsible for designing the mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and fire protection systems.
