The Orient Express is a 328,100 square foot, 150-room luxury hotel located in Midtown Manhattan. The hotel will house contemporary dining, spa and wellness facilities, as well as expanded banqueting and dining space for the company’s existing restaurant and dining business, ‘21’ Club. PCE was commissioned to design all new electrical, mechanical, plumbing and life safety systems for the project.
