The NYU Palladium Dormitory and Student Center is a 250,000 square foot, 16-floor facility that houses 1,000 students in apartment-like suites. The center also contains athletic facilities, including an indoor Olympic pool and NCAA basketball courts, as well as dining facilities and retail space. PCE was responsible for designing mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and fire protection systems for the center, including the full service kitchen.
