Lipton Hall is a 189,000 square foot, 17-story dormitory located on NYU’s Greenwich Village campus. The dormitory includes housing for over 700 students, a large communal lounge, and other student support spaces. PCE designed all mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and fire protection systems for the project.
