The NoMad is a luxury hotel located in the NoMad neighborhood of Manhattan. The 132,000 square foot, 12-story building includes 168 hotel suites, a restaurant & bar with an outdoor atrium court, and a rooftop with both indoor and outdoor event space. PCE was tasked with designing the mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and fire protection systems.
