The Performing and Visual Arts Facility is a 70,000 square foot building, located on the main quadrangle of the preparatory school. The facility includes a 600-seat theater, a 120-seat studio theater, recital halls, and dance studios. The facility also contains the academy’s photography labs as well as the ceramic & wood shops. PCE was responsible for designing the mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and life safety systems.
