Knickerbocker Hotel

The Knickerbocker is a 300,000 square foot, 16-story luxury hotel located in the heart of Times Square. Originally built in 1906 by John Jacob Astor IV, the hotel now includes 330 suites, a restaurant, a coffee shop, and a rooftop bar overlooking Times Square. PCE was responsible for the interior gut renovation of the historic building, designing all mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and fire protection systems.
