Gymnasium Apartment is a 6,000 square foot apartment located in the Nolita neighborhood of Manhattan. The space was originally constructed as the gymnasium of the building, which served as headquarters for the NYPD from 1909 to 1973. The building was listed on the national Register of Historic Places in 1980. PCE was responsible for designing the mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and fire protection systems.
