Construction for the new Edenwald YMCA broke ground in August 2018. The 50,000 square foot facility, located in the Bronx, includes two swimming pools, a dividable gymnasium, a wellness center, childcare, group exercise studios, and sub-dividable community rooms. PCE was tasked with designing all mechanical, electrical, plumbing, sprinkler, and life safety systems. The project achieved a LEED Gold rating for sustainability.
