The Dream Downtown is a 184,000 square foot, 12-story boutique hotel in the Chelsea neighborhood of Manhattan. The hotel includes 316 guestrooms, two restaurants, rooftop and VIP lounges, an outdoor pool and pool bar, a gym, event space, and ground floor retail. PCE designed all mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and fire protection systems for the project.
