Australia’s renowned Bourke Street Bakery located their first American outpost in the NoMad neighborhood of Manhattan. The 2,000 square foot, 46-seat bakery includes a state-of-the art commercial kitchen that is visible to the patrons of the all-day cafe. PCE was tasked with designing all mechanical, electrical, plumbing, sprinkler, and life safety systems.
