1800 Avenue consists of 282 high-end units located in the Port Imperial neighborhood of Weehawken. Situated along the Hudson River with panoramic views of the Manhattan skyline, the project also features 20,000 square feet of indoor amenities, including an indoor-outdoor pool, spa, fitness center, half basketball court, library, numerous residential lounges, and ample co-working space. The outdoor amenities include a pool, dining and kitchen stations, firepits, and lounge seating. PCE was tasked with designing all mechanical, electrical, plumbing, sprinkler, and life safety systems for the project.
