The Refinery Hotel is a luxury hotel located in the Garment District of Manhattan. The hotel was originally built in 1912, housing high-end retail, a hat making factory, and a Prohibition-era tea room. In it’s current form, the renowned hotel includes 197 guestrooms and an expansive rooftop bar with both indoor and outdoor space. PCE was responsible for designing all mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems.
