The iconic brand’s 48,000 square foot office occupies two floors in a historic 1936 NYC factory space. The space includes a state of the art showroom, corporate offices, as well as several common areas to nurture creativity and innovation. PCE was tasked with designing the mechanical, electrical, plumbing, sprinkler, and life safety systems for the project.
