The NYU Advanced Research Institutes are located on NYU’s Greenwich Village campus. The space is comprised of open loft floors that provide flexibility for future changes. This includes workshop and classroom space, smaller hoteling offices, and a larger conference center. PCE was tasked with designing all mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and fire protection systems.
