The Gateway Center contains two academic wings, and also serves as the welcome center to the college. The 70,700 square foot center includes classrooms, faculty offices, a cafe, and a 175-seat auditorium. PCE was responsible for designing all mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and fire protection systems. The building achieved a LEED Gold rating.
