The Global Center for Academic and Spiritual Life is located on the south side of Washington Square Park within NYU’s Greenwich Village campus. The 100,000 square foot building includes classrooms, a large lecture hall, a 5,000 square foot multi-purpose hall, and the Colloquium Room. PCE was responsible for designing the mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and fire protection systems. The project achieved a LEED Gold rating for the sustainable design elements, which included a green roof.
