404Fitness is NYU’s 31,500 square foot, 3-floor athletic facility. The gym, located on the Greenwich Village campus, includes exercise areas, locker rooms, and athletics department office space. PCE was responsible for designing the mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and fire protection systems.
