The Bond Street Hotel is a lifestyle hotel currently under construction in the Boerum Hill neighborhood of Brooklyn. The 180,000 sqaure foot, 13-story building will include 285 suites, a bar, a winter garden, a restaurant, retail space, and multiple event spaces. PCE is responsible for designing all mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and fire protection systems.
